The Avaya BusinessPartner Programme is a flexible and rewarding certification programme that positions Valued Added Resellers in the Enterprise and SMBS market, as well as Value Added Distributors, to sell, implement and maintain Avaya’s communications systems, applications and services.
The programme is structured to embrace the varying needs of each partner type, in a way that recognises their strengths in a consistent, coherent and comprehensive way. This is achieved through a points-based programme that are earned for business investment with Avaya.

This includes the basic requirements for sales and technical training, as well as defined service capabilities to ensure that all our Partners have a minimum level of expertise and infrastructure to be able to support selling Avaya products and services.
